Testing both my piloting skills and my ability to stitch video together in Premier, I took my Phantom 3 Standard out for my first test flight a couple weeks ago.
I wasn’t going for cinematic, I just wanted to fly it around my yard, but I did get some nice shots when I wasn’t risking decapitation.
I took the drone to my parents’ house the following weekend, but fate was against me; My drone was attacked by a bird and crashed into a tree. Hopefully I just need to replace one or two parts before she’ll be back in the sky. Birds are the worst.
